We are wondering what you think about C.A.R.E. and what we are about. We love all animals. We want to be the voice for the ones who can not speak for themselves. Can you be an advocate and help an animal find food, shelter, and all their living needs? Are you one who will show love and affection? Are you ready to step up and say “Enough is enough?” Fostering Stray and Abandoned animals our way of showing our love and helping our community. We rescue without concern for our needs. We care for and advocate for there needs. We get them their food, collars, leashes, vaccines, spay/nueter them, and care for them as part of our own family until they have a Furrever Home of their own. Can or will you be part of this Love Rescue?

Monthly STATS dated April 13, 2012

C.A.R.E. has 33 animals in foster care
5 animals were adopted into “forever homes”
26 animals were spayed or neutered om April 28, 2012
34 animals received rabies vaccinations on April 28, 2012
and 8 animals were rescued.

Thanks to everyone who rescued, fostered, or helped in any way this past month! Good work!

Cans for C.A.R.E. Recycle Program

Help animals and the environment all at the same time!

We collect cans at various locations around Palo Pinto County. Please save your aluminum beverage cans and drop them in one of our collection bins located outside at the following locations:
Backroads Bakery, Inc. in Gordon, TX
Quick Stop in Mingus, TX
Lone Camp Depot, Palo Pinto, TX
Lake Palo Pinto Marina & Campground, Palo Pinto, TX

Locals can also drop cans off at C.A.R.E. Headquarters in Mingus right next door to City Hall where Kim’s Grooming shop is now located. Proceeds from the cans collected and recycled help us cover the cost of the 800 or so pounds of dog and cat food we use EVERY MONTH!
